• How do I enable the microphone?

1. To enable the microphone, access your computer's sound devices in the hardware section of the control panel and select the headset's microphone as the input device.
2. Ensure that the mute switch on the microphone is turned off.

• What should I do if the microphone is not picking up any sound?

Please check if the microphone is muted. If it is muted, unmute it.

1. Wipe off any dirt or debris from the microphone and reinsert the 3.5mm interface.
2. Connect the headset directly to a phone to test if the microphone is functioning properly.
